- Cloud Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted 30 days after account deletion
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance (handled by Stripe)

Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using Sunburst Chat, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different privacy protection standards.
